Determining Dosage This is a self-regulating formula. Everyone will use different amounts so adjust the dosage until you have at least 3-4 bowel movements a day. You can take more or less of the product based upon how your system is moving, and you can spread the dosage out so you are taking the product three times a day.

The preceding guidelines will help you find the dosage that is right for you: Day 1: 1 capsule in evening Day 2: 1 capsule in the morning or before lunch and 1 capsule in evening. Day 3: 1 capsule in the morning or before lunch and 2 capsules in evening. Day 4: 2 capsules in the morning or before lunch and 2 capsules in evening. Day 5: 2 capsules in the morning, 1 capsule at midday and 2 capsules in evening. Day 6-on: And so-on.

Notes: If you get diarrhea and or excessive watery elimination (sometimes common when determining your personal dosage amounts in the first few days), cut back the dosage so you have at least 3 firmer bowel movements a day(Note: It is typical to have looser stools when cleansing).  If you don't see much results from up to 6 capsules a day, then keep increasing the dosage evenly throughout the day (i.e.  3 capsules - 3 times a day, 4 capsules  3 times a day and so on) until you finally start having at least 3-4 bowel movements a day. Then start reducing the amount of capsules taken, but make sure you are still having 3-4 bowel movements a day. Typically in about a week and a half, you will probably reduce to 6 capsules or less.  Drink plenty of water throughout the day  at least 6-8 glasses.  For best results when cleansing, increase your consumption of vegetables and high fiber foods; limit dairy and mucus forming foods; choose lean, low-fat protein sources; and avoid high-fat meat products, processed or refined foods, and white flour products.  For maximum weight loss results, Sculpt n Cleanse works best when used as part of a total weight management program that includes healthy, sensible eating and exercise.
