About Noni: The Noni plant, also called Indian Mulberry, is a small evergreen tree found in open costal regions at sea level, as well as in forested areas up to 1,300 feet. Noni's scientific name is "Morinda Citrifolia" and it is a member of the Mulberry family. The Noni plant happily grows along lava flows and, as you would expect, grows abundantly in Hawaii. The Noni fruit is the part of the Noni plant that is used to make Hawaiian Noni Juice. Noni fruit turns yellow as it ripens and has a strong pungent odor and taste. We recommend that the consumer flavor the Noni Juice with natural grape, raspberry or blueberry juice to give it a delicious fruity taste, with no bad aftertaste, common in other Noni products on the market today.
